A SoHo-based painter and set designer, Deborah Freedman has capitalized on her experience in the fine arts and fashion to create custom backdrops and sets for some of the industry's leading clients: Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Vogue Magazine, Harpers Bazaar, Modern Bride, and more. She works with numerous photographers including Steven Meisel, Greg Kadel, Ruven Afanador, Gilles Bensimon, and Diego Uchitel.

Deborah grew up in New York in the fashion industry as her father manufactured clothing for designers including Isaac Mizrahi, Donna Karan, Anne Klein and Perry Ellis.  Her fine art career includes exhibitions of her paintings and prints in art galleries and museums throughout the country and is included in collections such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York Public Library, NASA and the Library of Congress.
